1. Enquiry & Free Consultation
We visit your property, listen to your goals, provide honest advice, and outline what’s achievable within your budget.

2. Design & Planning
Your Project Manager prepares the design, cost estimate, and building plan—usually within 5–7 working days of your consultation.

3. Permits & Approvals
We guide you through the permit and approval process, ensuring all council or compliance requirements are met before starting.

4. Demolition & Construction
Once approvals are in place, we get to work. From demolition (if required) through to construction, we keep you updated every step of the way.

5. Completion & Handover
We hand over your finished project ready to enjoy. You’ll also receive a post-completion survey so we can keep improving our service.

6. Maintenance & Quality Check
Around 6–12 months later, we’ll check in to ensure you’re happy, resolve any issues, and make sure everything is performing as it should.
